When the paper tape get wet, there may be issues during SMT process.

So, please make sure that your MLCC cartons are stored under condition of Humidity 30% to 70% and temperature lower than 35℃.

每年的春季二、三月份来自海上的暖湿气流增强，此时北方冷空气仍然比较活跃，并频繁南下，常出现冷暖快速转换的现象。在冷空气走后，广东、海南、广西中南部、福建南部等沿海地区暖湿气流迅速反攻回升，逐渐形成潮湿多雾的天气，南方地区多称为“回南天”。回南天一般可持续3-5天左右，有冷空气回补，回南天则马上消失，如暖气流一直存在，有可能出现超过半个月返潮的现象，回南天通常出现在三、四、五月份。

陶瓷贴片电容包装所使用的辅料涉及到纸带、包装纸盒、包装纸箱，在高湿度回南天的特殊环境下这些辅料显得极为脆弱，包装箱、包装盒受到潮气影响可导致包装变软、变形、影响美观及摆放，甚至因外包装受潮的同时也会间接引起内包装纸带受潮，纸带受潮后会直接导致上盖带撕起纸屑、使用中纸带卷翘、纸带分层、严重时会导致SMT抛料，从而影响贵司正常的生产效率。

为确保产品质量及优化服务，我司每年在回南天加强产品生产、存储、发货过程中的防潮监控。同时在此温馨提示：请您做好防潮措施，建议闭窗、使用除湿机和空调以降低仓储环境湿度，生产车间、仓储环境湿度在30-70%范围内，存储温度＜35℃为最佳。
